Whole Wheat Cracked Pancakes

1 cup wheat (not flour)
1 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
2 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder

In a blender, blend wheat and milk for 5 minutes or until well blended. Add mixture and other ingredients; mix well. Cook on griddle; top with favorite toppings.

Crepes

1 1/2 Cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 Cups milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 Tab sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 Tab butter/margarine; melted

Measure flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth.
I cook crepes on an electric skillet sprayed with pan. Spray between each. Cook until light brown (or bubbles on top...pop). Turn and brown on the other side.
Serve with custard style yogurt, pie filling, pudding, applesauce, sweetened strawberries, jam, eggs and bacon. We top the sweet ones with canned topping whip. Yummy!
