1 can chicken (found by tuna)
1 and 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup thinly chopped celery
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup mayo. (I only use Best Foods)
Mix together and serve in small croissants. I always quadruple the recipe. It is fun to add sliced grapes or apples if you want to change up the recipe. I have also added chopped green onions before.
