A fun new sandwich


filling:
chopped tomatoes
chopped artichoke hearts (bottled in butter/garlic sauce).
feta cheese
a touch of oregano
Mix together and serve warm in your favorite toasted/grilled flat bread or on Ritz crackers!
*Drain the juices off the tomatoes and artichokes if you don't want it to juicy.
