Open Faced Sandwiches

This is such a quick an yummy lunch or dinner. All you do is use your favorite bread and toast the back side under the broiler for a couple of minutes. Next flip the bread over and spread with mayo or miracle whip and mustard. Then place sliced lunch meat on. Then place tomatoes, sliced pickles, onions or other toppings if desired. Then top with cheese. Broil again for a few minutes. Watch carefully! Cook until toasty. The cheese will bubble a little bit. Serve warm with soup or salad. YUMMY!
