1 and 1/2 cup hot water
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon yeast
3 cups flour
1 and 1/2 tsp. salt
(plastic or glass bowl with using yeast)
Mix hot water, sugar, and yeast...cool slightly.
Mix flour and salt and add the remaining.
Mix and knead 3 minutes. Let rest 10 mins or rise to double.
Roll in rectangle. Cut into 1/2 to 1 inch strips with pizza cutter or knife.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic salt and parmesan cheese.
Let rise 20 mins or double.
Cook 15-20 mins at 375 (check for tops to brown slightly) then rebutter to taste.
