Use any kind of Italian dressing
Mix with Birds Eye The Ultimate Southwest blend frozen veggies (thawed in fridge or some other method of course). It is so fast and so yummy!

Regular Texas Caviar:
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2-3 tomatoes
1 can black eyed peas
1 can black beans
1 can white corn
cilantro to taste; 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp
One package Good Seasoning Italian Dressing Mix (prepared)
Combine and serve with your favorite corn chips.
