Judi's Yummy Potato Soup


1/2 lb. Ground Beef (browned, drained, and seasoned to taste)
1 can Chicken Broth
1 lb. bag Southern Style frozen hash browns
1 lb. bag California Mix frozen vegetables
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 cup Onion chopped

Boil onion in broth. Add veggies, and cook 5 min. Add potatoes and bring to a boil.
Add cheese and beef. Stir and continue heating until cheese is melted.
