3 lbs ground beef (or less)
1 onion diced
2 (15 oz.) cans Ranch style beans
2 (20 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
1 (14.5 oz.)can diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
Brown hamburger and chopped onion together. Drain any grease. Place in large kettle. Stir in beans, enchilada sauce, tomatoes, chili powder and cumin. Simmer until thickened. Serve with grated cheese and crackers.
