4 Layer Dessert for St. Patty's day!

Layer 1:
Mix together and sprinkle in bottom of 9x13 pan
1 c flour
1 c chopped nuts
1 cube melted margarine

Bake @ 350 for 20 mins; cool

Layer 2:
Mix together with beaters
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar

Gradually add 1 c cool whip; spread over layer 1

Layer 3:
Beat together and set aside until it begins to set; then spread over layer 2
2 lrg or 3 small pkgs pistachio pudding mix
5 cups milk

Layer 4:
Spread over layer 3
3 c cool whip mixed with 1/4 c chopped nuts
Refrigerate & then top with green sprinkles just before serving
